What a joy to share some conversation today with a few of you about our August read! In some ways, this is a very difficult book and we were able to chat about those issues today, before and after this video in a more candid fashion.
We talked about a few connections between Goudge’s last novel, The Child from the Sea, and two of her other books and also a beautiful poem by Malcolm Guite that fits so closely with Lucy’s story!
