My copy arrived today! It's the Pyramid paperback from 1973 and I'm not crazy about the cover art, but I'm happy to see that it has the interior illustrations by C. Walter Hodges.

Oh nice! Yes, I have had some not so great surprises with used Goudge paperbacks - good for laughs sometimes! Hope it works for you!
I've seen the cover art on Amazon of the paperback editions of some of her novels - some of them look like they belong on a Harlequin romance novel.
